My sword warrior build.... Small questions :)
I ONLY GOT FACTIONS!
Well first of all this is my current build:
PvE
Healing Signet (self-heal)
Sever Artery (attack)
Gash (attack)
Sun and Moon Slash (attack)
Dragon Slash (elite)
"For great justice!" (ASI?)
"Watch yourself!" (defense)
Resurrection Signet (ress)
Swordsmanship 12+1
Tactics 10
Strength 8
I use full dreadnought tyrian armor set (i got it when i was a noob) so now updating to luxon, probably with survivor/brawler insigs, runes for minor str, sword and tactics and maybe sum vitae.
My questions!
1. Is this an okay build for pve?
2. What should i remove/keep?
3. Is strength worth increasing for the 1% armor penetration or should i just lower it and put into something else like tactics for healing sig and watch yourself?
4. Is "fore great justice!" considered an ASI? Should i use tiger stance instead?
PvP
Healing Signet (self-heal)
Sever Artery (attack)
Gash (attack)
Sun and Moon Slash (attack)
Dragon Slash (elite)
"For great justice!" (ASI?)
"Watch yourself!" (defense)
Bulls Strike (knockdown)
Swordsmanship
Tactics
Strength
^ undecided
My questions!
1. Should i remove one of the attacks like sun and moon slash? Its like the only thing that saves me from the annoying blocks and gets me faster up to dragon slash.
2. Should i switch for great justice with tiger stance?
3. If i remove sun and moon slash should i add sprint?

- Yes, actually its not too bad at all.
- Sever Artery and Gash are far from useless but usually aren't part of a Dragon Slasher build. They detract from the point and eat adrenaline, but its a gray area.
- Never, ever, ever use Strength for the 1% armor penetration, its a sad sad waste of attribute points.
- An "IAS" (I assume that's what you meant) is "Increased Attack Speed." Your build doesn't have one at the moment. For a Dragon Slash build, you definitely need one. Dragon Slash at double adrenaline and 33% faster attacking is godly. Since you can't use Flail or Berserker Stance, your options are either Frenzy or Tiger Stance... I'd use Tiger Stance in PvE, Frenzy for PvP.

I can sum all three up in a few loose points I think. First of all, I'd use Frenzy in PvP instead of Tiger Stance due to better spammability... but that's hard to say for sure, since you don't have the luxury of [skill=text]Rush[/skill] to cancel it with. Your IAS skill goes hand-in-hand with "For Great Justice!" in a Dragon Slash build.. I'd never bother taking one without the other since the FGJ buff.
Personally I don't think Dragon Slash is too hot of an elite for PvP, there's just way too much blocking going on. In your situation, I'd probably go hammer for PvP, with [skill=text]Devastating Hammer[/skill], [skill=text]Forceful Blow[/skill] (though that's risky too), or [skill=text]Enraged Smash[/skill].
All in all though, your builds aren't too bad. Better than most, anyway. You'd really benefit from getting Nightfall for Flail, Crippling Slash (much better sword PvP elite), Enraging Charge, etc...

If you want to use Frenzy in PvP, you could go /A for Dash.
I'd sub Silverwing Slash/Standing Slash for Sever/Gash.

Sadly, hammers can't cause a deep wound with factions-only skills, making them not such a great choice either. I'd say a dragon slasher would work ok, but it would hardly be ideal. *shrug* kinda sucks when you're stuck with only one campaign. Maybe you could throw something together with [skill]battle rage[/skill]?

There aren't many mobs in Factions that are immune to bleeding, and Dragon Slash allows you to switch targets fairly quickly because of the adrenaline gain, reducing downtime between uses.
To further improve on the basis of your build, you'd have to take into account where you're going, because it's fine at the moment.
For your PvP build, take out both "FGJ!" and "WY!", you're not going to need them. Replace them with Sprint/Rush and Frenzy.

For healing you'll have to trust your monks

Warrior skills are geared toward the prevention of damage. As the rule goes, if Healing Signet doesn't fix it, its the monk's job. Even then, only fire off your signet when absolutely needed.
